From the 2017 forum initiative to official registration in 2019, we have been dedicated to promoting green technology and industrial development

Forum

Our History

On November 30, 2017, under the initiative and sponsorship of the company's co-founders, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation and CAS Holdings co-hosted the "Technology Belt and Road and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Innovation Forum".

Witnessed by Mrs. Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, then Chief Executive of Hong Kong, Academician Bai Chunli, President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Academician Tan Tieniu, Deputy Director of the Liaison Office, and Dr. Ma Weihua, renowned banker, both parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a cooperation framework for green new technology and industrial development.

As one of the outcomes of this forum, CAS Laboratory of Green Development International (Hong Kong) Ltd. was registered as a non-profit organisation in Hong Kong in 2019. In 2023, CIECC Industry-Finance (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. became the controlling institution.
